Cancellation/ prepayment

Payment Policy:
• Guests may complete their payment via bank transfer, either as a full upfront payment or by paying a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% settled in cash upon arrival.

• For long-term stays, payment must be made with one full month paid upfront, along with a 20% deposit of the subsequent months. This deposit will be applied to the following month’s rent. Guests are required to pay the remaining monthly rent at least one week before extending their stay. Failure to complete payment by the due date will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the guest will not be permitted to continue their stay. During this time, the calendar will remain open for other bookings.

• For direct bookings, payments are accepted via Wise, Revolut, or bank transfer to either Vidi Aryanto’s Mandiri Bank account or Yosi Hidayati Amalia’s OCBC Bank account. In the near future, all payments will be directed exclusively to the BnBali Company account.

• All rates include applicable taxes and service charges.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that payments for direct bookings are non-refundable. In the event of a change in travel plans, guests are required to contact us directly. While we adhere to cancellation terms similar to those of Airbnb, we generally offer the flexibility to apply the paid amount as a deposit toward a future stay, valid within a three-month period.
